Patagonia Rubicon Rider Jacket, Mens L in Black

This Patagonia Rubicon Rider Jacket, Mens L in Black is a few seasons old but in good condition. There are no tears though few few areas are very slightly frayed and the color is slightly faded. This doesnt matter. The jacket still performs fantastically and is a great ski or snowboard jacket for cold days. This ultrawarm shell has waterproof reinforcements where you need them, to keep you riding the lifts all day, even if the weather turns sour. The season's most epic day will pass you by if you're shivering and wet on the inside. Our Rubicon Rider combines a breathable soft-shell fabric to vent your high-output moisture with stay-warm-when-wet insulation to keep you dry and mobile. The shell is made of supple, 2.4-oz 100% polyester ripstop with a Deluge® DWR (durable water repellent) finish to snub wind and moisture. Inside, a soft layer of compressible 150-g Thermogreen® polyester (90% recycled) insulation adds heat to ice-box temperatures. Tough 2-layer panels, made of 150-denier polyester with an H2No® waterproof/breathable barrier, beef up the shoulders, elbows and bottom hem to increase storm performance and protect from abrasion. Finer points include underarm venting, an easy-gliding liner, a zip-off powder skirt with webbing loops that attach to any Patagonia® Ski/Snowboard pants, removable hood with a single-hand adjustment, handwarmer pockets, a zippered chest pocket (holds an audio device) and two inside pockets. Burton Toast - Down Jacket, Mens L, Army Green

This is a used Burton Toast Down Jacket in army green, size L, men's. It is a VERY WARM jacket and older, circa 2000. I have not worn it a ton. I had to have the zipper replaced some years ago and now it works great. This jacket is totally good to go and in great shape EXCEPT for a small area on one sleeve where it got burned by a space heater. That small area in now duct taped to prevent the feathers from escaping. It has been like this for the past 4 years and has not caused any problems. Really, it just adds to the character of the jacket. If you want a super warm down jacket, made by Burton and in good shape with some well worn character, pick this one up for a great deal! Burton Hail Snowboard Boots, Mens Size 11 (2005)

Up for sale is a pair of Burton Hail snowboard boots in size 11. These are Burton's all mountain freestyle boots, year 2005. They are definitely well worn but still very functional and have a good amount of life left. They come with brand new Outlast footbeds. The only spot of major note to point out is that the soles of the boots near the heels are wearing thin and the airpockets in this area have also blown out (see pics below). I was riding these boots last season and this is not a problem - there is still tons of cushion. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION!!!
These amazing boots are PRETTY MUCH brand new and will ship in the original box. They have been used for a ½ day – that’s it! So essentially, yes, they are as good a brand new and in the box – technically they have been put on, worn around the house and ridden for a ½ day. The story there is that I got these for an amazing deal ($350) on an online store just before Christmas - they normally retail for $500. Unfortunately for me, unexpected expenses came up and I do have old boots, so I need to sell these and try again for a new pair next year. I would have returned to the store had I not ridden them for a ½ day.
Let me say though – I have been snowboarding for 20 years and have never seen such well engineered and beautifully crafted boots. It pains me to get rid of them. They fit like a glove and feel amazing. I am an 11 shoe and found these to fit true to size, a little snug but the shop told me they will ‘pack out’ after a few times on the hill and that I’d be happier with an 11 than an 11.5. Again, this pair is a size 11 – I have looked far and wide and can almost guarantee that this will be the most screaming deal you can get on these amazing boots…my loss, your gain I guess.
They are a ‘Platinum Pick’ in the SNOWBOARD magazine gear guide on boots. The November 2009 issue states that the SLX should be “considered like a Ferrari – sleek, sexy and precise’.
